LISTING AiGENT — SMS / Messaging Policy

This SMS/Messaging Policy describes the text-message (SMS) program operated by LISTING AiGENT ("we", "us"). By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box during sign-up, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program description

LISTING AiGENT is a productivity app for real-estate agents. Our SMS program is used to send account-related messages to agents who create an account, including one-time verification (2FA) codes, security and login alerts, and important account notifications.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on the sign-up screen. The consent language shown at sign-up is:

"I agree to receive text messages (SMS) from LISTING AiGENT, including verification codes and account notifications, at the number I provide. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity (for example, when you log in and request a verification code).

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. LISTING AiGENT does not charge for the text messages, but your mobile carrier may.

5. Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS at any time.

6. Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to operate this messaging program. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for full details.

Mobile Information Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
