Delete your LISTING AiGENT account
You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time. Choose either of the two options below.
Option 1 — In the app
Open the LISTING AiGENT mobile or web app and go to Settings → Security → Delete account. Confirm the action when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.
Option 2 — By email
Email contact@listingaigent.com from the address on your account, subject line “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Profile and login credentials
- Listings, clients, and CRM records
- Call transcripts and audio recordings
- Messages, blasts, and appointment history
- Referral ledger, credits, and share codes
- Assistant and voice-routing settings
- Your dedicated AI assistant phone number is released back to the pool
What we retain
- Billing and transaction records required for tax and legal compliance, retained for up to 7 years.
- Call recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days in normal use and are removed immediately on account deletion.
- De-identified aggregate analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
