Your written notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., the original listing photo or description).
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it, such as the listing URL.
4. Your contact information: name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

We will remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the user who posted it.

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.

We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complaining party notifies us it has filed a court action.

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
